The names of 33 people who have sadly died in Plymouth have something still left to give, as of March 30, 2020. Every year, people die with an unclaimed estate which the Crown makes available for the rightful claimant.
Some have potentially huge pots of money or land set aside for someone in their bloodline. But many investments don’t get collected and often years and decades pass with no sign of an asset shifting hands. It’s always best to act as the Crown estate has the right to absorb anything left owed after 30 years.
